We operate Cotch Studios with a great deal of trust. We believe music spaces should be accessible to all so to ensure a great experience, please abide by the following house rules:
- No smoking and/or vaping inside the building. Falsely setting off a fire alarm will incur a charge.
- No more than four people per studio.
- Please report any damaged/faulty equipment immediately and do not attempt to repair without authorisation.
- Respect neighbouring studios - Do not turn up the volume knob on the A7X monitors.
- Do not loiter outside the building.
- Clean up after yourself both in the studios and in the kitchen.
- Leave rooms as you wish to find them.
- Place all rubbish in the bins provided.
- Any theft and/or damage will be charged to the person who booked the room.
- Leave your session on time to allow others to start promptly. Those that do not vacate the studio in time will be charged for the extra time used, rounded to the next hour.

- The Dyson fans are for your comfort, please turn them off when not using.
- Close all doors behind you an dkeep studio doors closed at all times.
- Only invite people you know and trust, the studio is your responsibility.
- Zero-tolerance on drugs on the premises.
The bookee of the room is liable for a fine of up to £1000 if house rules are to be broken, and where necessary, further action may be taken.
